Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaboration: Work alongside a global team (closely with other Marketing, Sales and Revenue Operations teams) to generate qualified sales leads and opportunities;
- Campaign Ideation and Execution: Develop, execute, and reiterate email marketing campaigns that drive pipeline results;
- Content Creation: Write engaging and persuasive email copy that resonates with our target audience and drives conversions;
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Conduct A/B tests, analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends, optimize strategies, and deliver measurable results;
- Experimenting: Proactively explore and test new audiences, email marketing trends, content ideas, creatives, etc.;
- Technical Setup: Navigate and set up email workflows, cadences, and sequences in marketing automation tools (Hubspot and Apollo are our key tools);
- Deliverability Optimization: Ensure optimal email deliverability rates through ongoing monitoring, testing, and optimization;
- Documenting Progress: Develop process documentation to ensure you work in a structured and efficient way and share best practices with the global team.
