We’re looking for a Junior DevOps Engineer to join our team in Tallinn! Whether you’re just starting out in DevOps or have some hands-on experience, this is a great opportunity to grow in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

In this role, you’ll help maintain and optimize our infrastructure while supporting development teams in building seamless workflows. You’ll work closely with our DevOps team and report to Infrastructure Engineering Manager, gaining valuable experience and contributing to scalable solutions.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Help to manage cloud infrastructure, with a primary focus on AWS;
  • Support development team by maintaining CI/CD pipelines and assisting with basic infrastructure configuration tasks;
  • Monitor and maintain performance of infrastructure and services, troubleshooting issues as they arise;
  • Analyze infrastructure usage and contribute to resource optimization and bottleneck reduction;
  • Develop and maintain automation tools to improve workflows and minimize manual tasks.

You might be our newest Scorer if you: 

  • Have 0-2 years of experience in DevOps, with a basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and containerisation;
  • Are familiar with Linux systems administration, including managing servers and basic scripting;
  • Have hands-on experience with Git and understand basic workflows;
  • Possess a problem-solving mindset, curiosity, and eagerness to tackle challenges;
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit;
  • Show a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies on the job.

You get extra points for (but you can learn those here as well!):

  • Practical experience or a basic understanding of AWS services such as EC2, S3, or EKS;
  • An understanding of what Kubernetes is and why it’s used;
  • Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible;
  • Familiarity with databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL is a plus;
  • Experience with programming languages like Go, Bash, or Python is a bonus.
