Scoro, the award-winning work management software for collaborative teams, is ramping up its partner channel to meet increased global demand. Headquartered in the UK, with offices in North America and the Baltics, Scoro’s software helps thousands of agencies, consultancies and professional service firms in 60+ countries work more efficiently.
Australia is one of those countries that has seen strong growth during the pandemic and the subsequent shift to hybrid working. To support the increased interest in Scoro, BlueRock Digital, a Melbourne-based consultancy specializing in digital and customer experience strategy, development, systems consulting, design, and marketing, has become Scoro’s first co-sell partner globally.
Chris Galt, Head of Business Systems at BlueRock Digital, explains: “Through its structured but flexible approach to work management, and connectedness to the entire client operations lifecycle, Scoro helps firms to keep their finger on the pulse and maintain high levels of performance across their people, processes and clients.”
In terms of the market opportunity, Galt continues: “Many of our professional services clients are seeking sustainable growth, and we believe Scoro is a great fit at the center of their tech-stack and business operations.”
BlueRock Digital will integrate Scoro into their existing client ecosystem and optimize its connectivity between tools such as Xero or custom apps to do things better, faster and smarter using ‘best of breed’ systems.
Galt outlines how the relationship has unfolded to date, and what the commercial impact of becoming a Scoro partner looks like: “The team at Scoro have been easy to deal with. The product training and enablement has been excellent and the sales support invaluable. It means that Scoro has gone from being a new vendor in our portfolio to one that we’ve won a significant piece of new business with, in less than eight weeks.”
“Our strength and skills lie in building custom integrations for clients, but until now, we’ve had a gap in our product portfolio. Scoro fills this gap incredibly well, which is why we’re delighted to have become a strategic partner and are excited about taking it to market.” – Chris Galt, Head of Business Systems
The Scoro Difference
Customers trust Scoro as a scalable solution for increasing margins and data-driven decision-making across all areas of work – from projects and sales to billing and reporting.
From a partner perspective, Scoro’s modern and user-friendly work management software aligns very well with accounting software, enabling Xero and QuickBooks partners to add a compelling additional dimension to their client offer.
The Scoro Co-Sell program
Scoro has recently introduced a new Co-Sell tier to its partner program. Additional tiers include referral, reseller and implementation. This helps BlueRock Digital (and other partners) leverage Scoro’s sales expertise, and in return, enables Scoro to leverage localized support, implementation expertise and added value to the customer.
Rob Anderson, Partnerships Manager at Scoro, said: “BlueRock are the first Partner we have signed on our new Co-Sell agreement. They will be working alongside our sales team to bring customers on board, while still benefiting from healthy commercial incentives.”
“We’re seeing increased levels of interest in our software from the Australian market. As such, we’re delighted that BlueRock, along with other partners in the region, can help us to harness and extend that growth.” – Rob Anderson, Partnerships Manager
Scoro is also seeking new partners in several regions, including the UK and Ireland, Europe, North and South America and India, especially for its strategic Co-Sell tier. If you would like your company to be considered as a partner of Scoro, please fill out our Partner form.
