Your responsibilities include:
End-to-End Sales Cycle Management:
- Overseeing the entire sales cycle, which involves overseeing processes from outbound activities – cold calling and emailing to closing deals;
- Maintaining a consultative and customer-centric approach throughout the sales cycle, actively advocating and communicating Scoro product value and benefits to new businesses;
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with the Marketing and Business Development Representative teams to reach out to new businesses, executing new sales strategies in collaboration with other teams;
Performance Metrics Oversight: Overseeing and managing performance metrics, providing structured reports on sales progress, and ensuring up-to-date tracking for effective decision-making;
Product Knowledge: Being a product expert, enthusiastically advocating its features and benefits, serving as an ambassador, and sharing our product value.
