Your responsibilities will include:
Research and ownership of Scoro’s ICPs
- Conduct continuous research on Scoro’s existing ICPs via various methods to understand their pain points, workflows, and the language they use.
- Share ICP knowledge with the rest of the team and work together with Marketing and Sales to develop relevant and targeted materials to capture our ICP’s interest.
- Take ownership of internal ICP documentation and keep it up to date based on changes in the industry and ICP behavior.
- Help uncover new industries Scoro can strategically break into based on research findings.
Competitor intelligence
- Improve internal competitor knowledge by tracking key competitors’ product launches, updates, pricing strategies, marketing campaigns, etc.
- Analyze competitor offerings and help define what sets Scoro apart to improve Scoro’s value proposition and messaging.
Sales and marketing collateral
- Create materials for sales enablement based on gaps and needs, such as one-pagers, battlecards, infographics, etc., that capture the interest of our ICPs and help them understand the value that Scoro brings to their business.
Partnership support
- Support the Scoro partnership program by continuously creating customized materials that align with the objectives of the partnership program and equip partners with the knowledge and skills to represent Scoro effectively.
