Your responsibilities include:
- Partnering with the sales team to identify customer needs, define Scoro’s value proposition, and propose the best-fit solutions;
- Delivering tailored product demonstrations that highlight Scoro’s functionalities and how they address specific business challenges;
- Acting as a trusted advisor to prospects, answering technical questions, and providing best-practice solutions to complex problems;
- Supporting proof-of-concept (POC) and pilot projects to showcase Scoro’s capabilities in a real-world context;
- Collaborating with clients to scope and design solutions that align with their business goal;
- Helping clients understand how Scoro integrates with their existing tools by explaining APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms like Zapier to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
