Video Marketing Manager

We’re seeking a strategic and creative Video Marketing Manager with strong video editing skills and a talent for visual storytelling.

As a Video Marketing Manager, your goal is to drive Scoro’s video initiatives and create small-scale yet impactful video content that supports our marketing efforts across the customer lifecycle. You’ll lead and execute video projects from ideation and script writing to production, distribution, and performance analytics. You’ll collaborate closely with our Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services teams to achieve the desired results.

To succeed in this role, you need to be proactive and goal-oriented. A key part of your job is continuously experimenting with Scoro’s video content and optimising its performance across channels.

This individual contributor role reports to the Head of Product Marketing and is based in Tallinn or Riga.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ideate and create video content that supports different parts of the customer lifecycle, including:
    • Ad creatives: short video ads for paid marketing campaigns on platforms like Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube to drive traffic and generate leads.
    • Landing page graphics: video content and visuals for product landing pages to increase engagement, improve user experience, and boost conversion rates.
    • Educational how-to videos & tutorials: product tutorials and educational content to break down complex features into easy-to-understand visual stories.
    • Onboarding videos: training videos that make it easy for new users to get started with the product.
  • Drive new video initiatives – proactively detect gaps and opportunities on the video front and generate new ideas to attract and engage potential customers.
  • Repurpose content – strategically adapt existing content into short snippets to distribute it across different channels and social platforms.
  • Experiment with new technologies and tools – keep up with industry trends and leverage AI to improve Scoro’s video production.
  • Analyze the performance of video content – set goals, interpret results, find areas for improvement, and suggest iterations.
  • Gatekeep video content – upload, store, and manage video content across different platforms, such as Vimeo, YouTube, Vidyard, etc, and ensure data hygiene.

You might be our newest Scorer if you have:

  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing software – you can create and edit video content and animate graphics and texts.
  • A good eye for visual details – you’re able to create compelling visuals for videos and pay attention to details to ensure a polished look.
  • Strategic and proactive mindset – you see the bigger picture and understand how each piece of content fits into Scoro’s goals and strategies.
  • Strong project management skills – you’re able to effectively organize, coordinate, and oversee all phases of a video project from start to finish.
  • A knack for script writing – you can adapt complex flows and concepts into short, easy-to-understand video scripts.
  • Understanding of video analytics – you know how to set performance goals for video content and measure their success.
  • Good time management and prioritization skills – you know how to manage your time efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Self-starting attitude – you want to take ownership of your work and are not afraid to challenge the status quo or take initiative whenever you see room for improvement.
  • Excellent English skills – you are proficient in written and verbal communication in English.
  • Good collaboration skills – you’re a team player, ready to contribute ideas and support cross-functional initiatives.
