Frequently Asked Questions

Any Scoro user can join the referral program. There are no geographical restrictions.

Log in to your Scoro site, click on your profile image in the top right corner and select Referral program from the dropdown menu. Click Join the program.

You can retrieve your link via Scoro. Log in to your Scoro site, click on your profile image in the top right corner and select Referral program from the dropdown menu. Once you’ve joined the program, Scoro will automatically generate a unique referral link for you and display it there. You can always access it from that menu.

Simply copy and paste the link to share it via any channel. Alternatively, you can log into the referral portal from Scoro and use the templated options there to share the link directly on social media, via email, or on mobile apps.

You can access the referral portal via Scoro. Log in to your Scoro site, click on your profile image in the top right corner and select Referral program from the dropdown menu. Then, click Open referral portal to see your stats and dashboard.

We’ll notify you via email when a new referral is registered to your name. You can also track all your referrals directly from the referral portal.

We track clicks on your link with the help of cookies. Visitor cookies are stored for 120 days. If someone subscribes to Scoro via the same browser within 120 days of clicking your link, they’ll count as your referral. After that period, the data is reset. If the person doesn’t accept cookies, we cannot store their data and link the referral to you.

Yes. Your referral will get 20% off for the first three months.

You can track the status of your referrals via the referral portal, which you can access from Scoro. Log in to your Scoro site, click on your profile image in the top right corner and select Referral program from the dropdown menu. Then, click Open referral portal and navigate to the My Referrals tab.

Testing Scoro – your referral has created a trial site in Scoro and is currently checking it out.
Under review – your referral has set up a payment method and we are validating it on our end.
Became a customer – your referral has subscribed to Scoro on a monthly or annual basis.
Did not proceed – Scoro was not a fit for your referral.

We’ll inform you by email whenever someone tries out Scoro via your link. If you know someone created a trial or booked a demo, but you do not get an email about it, then:

1. Check whether the email landed in the Junk folder.
2. Ensure your friend signed up via your personal referral link.
3. Ensure your friend accepted cookies on the Scoro website as we can attribute the referral to you only with the help of cookies.

You qualify for the reward as soon as someone who tries out Scoro via your referral link becomes a paying customer. We’ll send you an email about it. We’ll pay out your reward as soon as we receive the first full month payment from your referral.

No, the person must visit Scoro’s website for the first time through your unique referral link in order to count as your referral. Scoro tracks their activity using cookies. They can sign up for a trial or request a demo from any page on the Scoro website, but their initial visit needs to happen via your link so the referral can be properly attributed to you.

The size of the reward depends on the size of the customer you refer to Scoro. The size of the customer is determined by their monthly subscription fee. The reward system is based on USD.

Monthly subscription fee up to $599.99 = reward $300.
Monthly subscription fee $600–1799.99 = reward $900.
Monthly subscription fee over $1800 = reward $1,800.

You get to choose your reward once your referral has paid their first month’s invoice and the reward has been issued. We’ll send you an email via the Tremendous platform. You get to choose between an Amazon gift card and a prepaid Visa card when you claim the reward via Tremendous.

If your referral opts for an annual plan, we divide their annual payment by 12 to determine the size of the monthly fee and issue the reward based on that.

We’ll issue your reward via email within 14 days after we have received your referral’s first full month payment.

Example. If your referral subscribes to Scoro on May 16th, they will receive the first invoice for the period of May 16–31. On June 1st, we’ll issue the invoice for June. You will be eligible for your reward once we have received their payment for June.

We’ll issue your reward via e-mail. We use the Tremendous platform to pay out the reward, so the email will come from Tremendous.

There is no limit to the number of referrals you can submit or the number of rewards you can receive. You can refer as many people as you want. Scoro will issue a separate reward for every referral that becomes a Scoro customer.

The available currency options depend on the reward type:

  • Prepaid Visa cards are issued exclusively in USD. If you use it to make a purchase in a different currency, the amount will be converted at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the purchase.

  • Amazon gift cards are issued in the currency of the chosen Amazon marketplace. For instance, if you opt for Amazon.de, the gift card will be issued in EUR. The amount will be converted from USD to EUR at the time the card is issued.

The prepaid Visa card can be used in 215 countries to make purchases in online stores that support debit card payments. The card is valid for 6 months.

The prepaid Visa card is issued exlusively in USD, but you can easily use it for purchases in any other currency. The amount will be converted at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the purchase. No currency conversion fees apply.

We issue our Amazon gift cards via the Tremendous platform, which currently supports 17 Amazon marketplaces. You can choose a gift card for any of those marketplaces.
